Every project is unique and fully customized to meet lifestyle needs and preferences.
At Sparfell & Partners, we offer a full range of services attached to buying an aircraft.

From consulting to market research, engineering to operations, maintenance to management and all the way to designing your perfect aircraft inside and out: we take care of every step.

Sparfell Defence built strong relationships with ministries and departments of defence, helping them manage significant shifts in demand and funding for aircraft, equipment and defence-related services. The company supports aerospace and defence organisations to boost operations and identify cost saving opportunities. The  approach is to improve  margins through a better understanding of our customer needs and simplification of purchasing processes. Sparfell Defence combines budgetary, market, competitive data and analytical tools to help your organization analyse the aircraft market & services effectively and make timely strategic decisions.

The acquisition of an asset such as an aircraft is not always as straightforward as simply writing a cheque. It is often more attractive for a buyer to finance the acquisition rather than to use his or her own funds. Sparfell & Partners collaborates with several global and local financial institutions to serve the needs of our clients in order to structure the acquisition in the most cost and tax efficient manner.

CAMO services, modifications, cabin reconfigurations and interior refurbishments are only some of the many complex services required during the life cycle of an aircraft. These are specialist and regulated services that require skills and experience.

To complicate things further, every Civil Aviation Authority has their own set of demands, and having the knowledge of these different rules and regulations and the experience dealing with the various authorities is essential to a successful outcome. Sparfell & Partners has many decades of experience in the domain of Engineering services and can offer these to clients worldwide.

The operation of an aircraft is the reason for acquiring one. For airliners it is to provide airline services from point to point, for business jets and helicopters it may be to supply transport for company executives, or to fly an ultra high net worth individual around the world on business and leisure or it may be to have an aircraft for personal flights and to rent it to others while it is not being used. These scenarios require very different operational solutions. Sparfell & Partners can provide operations solutions for all these cases ranging from full management in an AOC (commercial operator) whereby the aircraft can also be chartered out to clients, to single team solutions whereby a dedicated crew and team operate the aircraft for the owner only.

Most aircraft owners treat their asset with extreme care as this not only keeps its value at a maximum but it also means that the operations costs are kept in check. More importantly, those flying on an airliner, business jet or helicopter, deserve to fly in the knowledge that it is being operated to the highest safety standards. Crews are in the front line when it comes to safety and caring for an asset. They therefore need to be provided by a partner who can select only the very best. Sparfell & Partners is well placed to provide this service as its Chairman, Philip Queffelec was President of a commercial business jet airline for many years and always applied a great emphasis on safety in all its operations. We can source, select and provide crews for all types of operations private and commercial.

Aircraft design, both interior and exterior, is emotional and is the one physical element of an aircraft that can be personalised. The look of an aircraft awakes feelings and passions that are very important for owners and passengers alike. As Sparfell & Partners' philosophy is very much about the passion of flying and enjoying the ownership and use of an aircraft, we put a great deal of importance on the emotional elements of those parts of the aircraft that can be tailored to personal preferences. We work with top designers, both small companies and large, to offer our clients the choice when it comes to selecting a new interior or paint on their aircraft.
